REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee for the Conference is 150 NIS.
 
REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES
Participation in the Conference official program sessions, participant bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the Conference, lunch on and coffee breaks.

PAYMENT
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by sending the Secretariat a bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
 
Postmarked before February 15, 2012 - 100% refund
Postmarked after February 16, 2012 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations made after March 7, 2012

LIABILITY
The Conference Secretariat will not accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from The International Conference on Personalized Health. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
