Abstracts – Guidelines for submission:
Participants who wish to present an e-poster at the Conference are requested to submit an abstract for review by the Scientific Committee.
A limited number of abstracts will be selected for e-poster presentation.
The Committee reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.
The Committee reserves the right to select the abstracts relevant to the sessions.
When submitting your abstract, please add the following information:
Contact details of the presenting author(s)
Details of affiliations of the author(s): institution, city, country
Full name(s) of the author(s)
Title of the abstract
Please note: Abstracts cannot exceed 250 words and cannot include tables and graphs. Please note: Once you click Submit, you cannot edit the information you entered.
Be sure to make all changes, corrections and proofreading before submitting.
To make any changes after you have submitted, please contact the Secretariat at P4H@comtecmed.commentioning your name and abstract confirmation number.
Prior to submission, please use ‘spell check’ within your abstract WORD document in order to avoid spelling errors.
E-Posters – Guildelines for submission:
E-poster presentations can include up to 12 slides in one file (landscape orientation) offering information on the following topics: Introduction, Material & Methods, Discussion and Conclusion.
The 1st slide should include the poster's title, authors' names and a picture of the poster presenter.
The following formats are acceptable: JPG, PDF or Power Point. Word format will not upload!
Please note the entire file of 12 slides cannot exceed 2.5MB!
You are welcome to add images and tables to improve documentation of your e-poster.
It is not possible for videos to be inserted or embedded in the presentation file. Please ensure that full advantage is taken of the slide area.
Please note: To publish your e-poster, you must upload the file through our system. E-posters will be activated only if the presenting author is registered and that the registration fee has been paid.
E-Posters – Information:
What is an E-Poster? An e-poster is an electronic version of the traditional boards, and is displayed on monitor screens. The e-poster may include text, figures and images, as well as video.
When can I view a specific poster? A specific poster can be viewed any time during the Conference. A specific time slot will not be required. Simply use one of the computers located in the e-poster area at a time convenient to you. You will be able to view all electronic posters as frequently, and as often as you wish.
